jessica lokhorst: Stott Pilates
instructor

The areas of health, wellness, and people

have had my attention for most of my life.

As a weight loss counselor I enjoyed

working one on one with clients as they

reached their health and weight loss goals.

After practicing Pilates for many years I was

in a group class and looked at the fabulous

instructor and declared, “I could do this!”.

Now I am trained to be STOTT Pilates Mat

and Reformer instructor. I am so blessed to

be working in a place where one’s best is only

matched by their desire to learn and know

more. A place where people, instructors and

clients alike, truly care for one another!

Taking care of your mind, body and spirit is

a life time commitment and journey; whether

you have traveled down this path for a long

time or have recently decided to join, I love

the opportunity to share in your journey.
